This is an application seeking relaxation of condition Nos. (iv) and (v) in an order of bail passed by this Court on 24th January, 2023.

Condition Nos. (iv) and (v) which read thus;

"(iv) The applicant shall not step in Ambernath REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Taluka till conclusion of the trial.

REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2024.03.21 17:36:34 +0530 (v)The applicant shall mark his presence before the Crime Branch, Thane (Unit-I) on every Friday between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m."

Condition No. (iv) stands relaxed, meaning thereby, the applicant is permitted to enter into Ambernath Taluka. Insofar as condition No.(v) is concerned, the applicant shall mark his presence before the Crime Branch, Thane (Unit-I) on the first day of each month between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. until conclusion of the trial.

The order stands modified accordingly.
