This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (St) No. 20484 of 2022, which was dismissed for non compliance of directions issued in para No.4 by self operative Order dated 7th December, 2022. There is a delay of 62 days in filing of present Application. 2.

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and restoration of Writ Petition. 3.

In view thereof, delay is accordingly condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

Applicants are directed to supply spare copies of complete compilation of Writ Petition (St) No. 20484 of 2022 in the Registry on or before 5.00 p.m. of 21st April, 2023.
