Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

i) The Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent Nos.6 to 8 by substitute service under Basavraj G Patil 1/2

1294.15-caf Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by publishing notice in two news papers having wide circulation in the area where the Respondents lastly resided.

ii) Notice made returnable after 12 weeks.

ii) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
