The learned Advocate causes an appearance on behalf of CIDCO authorities. However, non-applicant Nos. 3 and 4 are not present.

Considering the reasons assigned in the Interim Application No.1066 of 2020, praying for restoring Interim Application No.1 of 2019, the same is allowed. The order dated 18/12/2020 is recalled and Interim Application No.1 of 2019 is restored.

At this juncture, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants desire to withdraw the restored Interim Application No.1 of 2019.

In view of the above, Interim Application No.1 of 2019 stands disposed off as withdrawn.

Insofar as Interim Application No.788 of 2019 is concerned, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants desire to withdraw this application. In view of the same, Interim Application No.788 of 2019 is disposed off as withdrawn.

Insofar as Interim Application No.2681 of 2021 is concerned, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits, on instructions, that the applicants desire to withdraw this application.

In view of the above, the said application is also disposed off as withdrawn.
