Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent nos.1 and 2 to register F.I.R. in respect of the petitioner's grievance made in the complaint dated 23.2.2015. The said complaint of the petitioner is annexed at Ex.'B' Page 12 of this petition. We have gone through the same. It is addressed to Police Commissioner, Mumbai. Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP having Shivgan 1/2

923-WP-1223-15.doc taken instructions from the concerned officer states that the learned Commissioner of Police, Bombay directed Police Inspector Administration MIDC Police Station, Bombay to hold enquiry in regard to petitioner's grievance made in the said complaint and accordingly, enquiry was conducted and it was found that petitioner's grievance is without any substance. The learned APP placed for our perusal report of the Police Inspector Administration MIDC Police Station dated 21.4.2015. Thus, petitioner's grievance made in the petition, in the above circumstances, will no more survive. Respondent nos.1 and 2 are directed to communicate the said decision to the petitioner within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of this order.

Subject to above, petition is dismissed.
