The Appellant Nos.1 and 2 are present in the Court. Appellant Nos.3 and 4 are absent. Ms. Dwivedi, the learned counsel appears for the Respondent No.2.

The parties have tendered the consent terms executed by the Appellant and the Officer of the Respondents. The parties have tendered consent terms executed by the Appellant Nos.1 and 2 and the
2/3 Respondents. The parties admit the contents of the consent terms and execution thereof. We have ascertained the genuineness of the recitals of the consent terms from the parties. Consent terms appear to have been executed voluntarily. It is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The Appellant Nos. 3 and 4 have put their thumb impressions on the consent terms and they are identified by their Aadhar Cards. 4.
The Panel have spoken to Appellant Nos.3 and 4 through Whats App video call and they have confirmed the terms of settlement, which are proposed and agreed upon the Respondent No.2 and Appellant Nos. 1 to
4. In the light of the same, following order is passed.
ORDER
i) The Respondent No.2 to deposit the amount of ₹16,50,000/-with the Jurisdictional Tribunal.
ii) The Tribunal shall permit all the four Appellants to withdraw the said amount in accordance with the proportions specified in the order of Tribunal.
iii) In view of consent terms, the appeal stands disposed of. iv) In view of disposal of the appeal, pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
v) Statutory deposit, if any, be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal.
3/3 vi) Court fees refund, if any, be made as per Rule. vii) Award be drawn accordingly.
viii) Record and proceeding be sent back.
