Perused the averments made in the Application. In view of the averments, a case is made out for restoration of the Appeal which stands dismissed as against the Respondent Nos.1, 5 and 6 in terms of the order of the Registrar (Judicial-II). The application is allowed in terms of the prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to condition of the Applicant furnishing adequate number of copies

sng cam-103.16 within a period of three weeks from today. If copies are not furnished within the stipulated time, the order of dismissal of the Appeal shall stand. If copies are furnished within the stipulated time, notice of the Appeal be issued to the concerned Respondent, returnable on 17th January 2017.
