U P Sawant - Desk Officer, Cooperation Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, who states that she has been instructed by Under Secretary Shri Ramesh S Shingte, makes a statement that Revision Application filed by the Petitioner, which is pending before the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation, would be decided within six weeks from date. Statement accepted. In view of the said Statement, the above Writ Petition has turned infructuous. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. The learned Associate Assistant Government Pleader Shri O M Kulkarni to inform all concern of the aforesaid development forthwith.
