The Petitioners are seeking an appropriate writ, order and /or direction directing the Civil Judge (S.D.) Thane Link Court, Bhiwandi to decide the Petitioners' interim application expeditiously.

It appears that the application was filed in the year 2014 and the condition of the Petitioners is that the said application is still pending. Without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by giving the said direction.

We, therefore, direct the Civil Judge (S.D.) Thane Link Court, Bhiwandi to decide the Interim Application (Exhibit -5) in Special Court Suit No. 38/2014 expeditiously, within a period of six weeks, on merits and in accordance with law. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. The Petitioners to give the copy of this order and request the Court to decide the same expeditiously.
