The order passed by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, Sattana, District Nashik dated 24-2-2015, is one passed under Section 8(2) of the Maharashtra Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development & Regulation Rule, 1963. In terms of Section 9 of the said Act, an Appeal would lie against the said order cancelling the licences of the Petitioners, before the State Government. Hence by relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy of an Appeal under Section 9 of the said Act, the above Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
