At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, in the present crime after completion of investigation police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali, Mumbai on 4th August 2022. The said chargesheet has been numbered as CC No.3116/PW/2022. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge and/or to adopt other appropriate remedy as contemplated under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code.

Leave and liberty granted.
