This is an Application for condonation of delay filed by the Applicant-Corporation seeking condonation of delay of 1 year and 148 days.

Learned Advocate for Respondent opposed the Application stating that cost may be imposed as, if a citizen defaults in paying taxes then the Corporation imposes penalty. Considering the delay about one and half years, suitable cost may be imposed.
