This civil application is filed for restoration of F.C.A.No.137 of 2017. There is delay of 46 days in filing this application. The F.C.A. was dismissed for not serving the respondents pursuant to the order of Registrar dated 20th December 2018. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that with all genuine efforts, the respondents could not be served and the applicant has mentioned the reasons for such failure in the application.
