The Application is for bringing heirs of Petitioner No.36 on record. Affidavit has been filed by the wife of the deceased Petitioner No.36 which also discloses that there is one

son of the deceased Petitioner which is not mentioned in the prayer clause or in the body of the Application. 2.

Leave to correct the prayer clause granted. The prayer clause shall contained the names of the widow and son of the deceased Petitioner. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of amended prayer clause (a).
