Mr.Bhandari, learned counsel for the applicants states that the contesting respondent nos. 13 to 16 are served. 2.

By this civil application, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 16th December,2016. It is submitted that the Civil Application No.209 of 2016 could not be proceeded with due to unavoidable circumstances on the date on which the said civil application came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. He assures that his client would not ask for any unnecessary adjournment before this court in the said Civil Application No.209 of 2016 or in the Review Petition No.1 of 2017. The assurance of the learned counsel given to this court is accepted. Civil Application No.209 of 2016 and Review Petition No.1

kvm 2/2 5-CAO132.17 of 2017 are restored to file. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The applicants are directed to serve Civil Application No.209 of 2016 to the contesting respondent nos. 13 to 16 and shall file affidavit of service before the next date. Place Civil Application No.209 of 2016 on board on 28th June, 2018.
