Heard. By this Application, the Applicant is seeking several reliefs in respect of the maintenance, past and present, for herself and her daughter Sia.

During the course of arguments, when this court called upon the Respondent to take instructions from his client, who is present in court, how much amount he is ready and willing to pay to his daughter Sia towards her maintenance charges, during pendency of the Family Court Appeal. He made a statement that the Respondent shall pay Rs.35,000/- to his daughter Sia towards maintenance charges from the date of Application filed by the wife i.e. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

7.167.19-cam.odt from 12.03.2019, in addition to sum of Rs.2,00,000/- already paid by him. The statement is accepted. Hence, by consent of the parties, the Civil Application stands disposed of in the following terms:

a.

The Respondent shall pay Rs.35,000/- p.m. to his daughter Sia towards maintenance charges from March, 2019 till hearing and final disposal of the Family Court Appeal.

b.

Maintenance of Rs.35,000/- shall be paid in the Bank account in the name of Sia, on or before 10th day of each month.

b.

The arrears of maintenance charges shall be cleared within two months from today.

c.

All contentions raised in the Civil Application are kept open for decision at the time of final hearing of the Family Court Appeal.

d.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
