The learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application. He submits that having regard to the nature of the accusation and the period for which the Applicant has been in custody as an undertrial prisoner, the trial may be expedited. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission and the fact that the incident is of the year 2018, the trial court is requested to make an endeavour to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
