The above Civil Application has been filed to substitute Mr. Jacob Moses Nagawkar, who was the trustee of the Respondent No.3 trust, since he has expired, by his son Mr. Chen Jacob Nagawkar who is the Chairman of the Respondent No.3 trust. The Learned Counsel appearing for the other Respondents have no objection to the substitution being allowed. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed resultantly Mr. Chen Nagawkar is allowed to be brought on record as the Chairman of the Respondent No.3 trust. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. List the Petition for admission on 303-2017 to be shown on the supplementary board. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
