Heard learned counsel for the parties. Having gone through the compliance affidavit dated 10th January 2017 filed on behalf of Respondent no.2-State, we find that the order, non compliance of which is alleged, has been complied with by issuing order dated 7th January 2017 (Exhibit-1 to the compliance affidavit). In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition; however with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the said order dated 7th January 2017, if so advised, by filing appropriate proceedings. 2.
