After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, prayed for withdrawal of the petition. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would take necessary steps in the Co-operative Court wherein remedy is availed by the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though summons was issued to the respondents in the proceedings filed before the Co-operative Court, the respondents failed to appear before the Co-operative Court. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, thus, submitted that in case the petitioner requests the Co-operative Court, by filing an application for passing appropriate interim order, the Co-operative Court be directed to pass orders on the application expeditiously. In case, such an exercise is undertaken by the petitioner viz. filing an application with appropriate prayers, the Co-operative Court may pass orders on such application on its own merits as expeditiously as possible . 3.
With the above directions, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is, accordingly, disposed of.
