P.C. :- 1] The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied, if leave is granted to file on record the certified copies of the Court Receiver's record. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has in his possession of the certified copies of the Court Receiver's record and if leave is granted the same will be filed before the Trial Court within two weeks from today. 2] The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the application as filed by the petitioners was for production of certified copy of the letter dated 27 May 1997. In the records of the Receiver, there is no such letter dated 27 May 1997 and therefore, there arises no question of production of the certified copy of the said document. 1/2

DSS 917-wp-6336-14 3] There is no necessity to go into this issue, as the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner would be satisfied, if leave is granted to produce the certified copies of the records available with the Court Receiver. If therefore, the certified copy of the letter dated 27 May 1997 is not a part of the records with the Court Receiver, then obviously the same will not be produced. However, if it is a part, then the same will be produced. 4] Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioners to produce on record the certified copies of the Court Receiver's record, within two weeks from today. 5] All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
