By the impugned Award the market value has been fixed at the rate of Rs.15/- per sq meter. The offer given by the State Government to pay market value at the rate of Rs.25/- per sq meter has been accepted by the respondents-claimants. Hence, by consent, both the Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). We grant time of six weeks to the Applicants to pay the deficit Court fees on the Cross Objection. (A.S.
