Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The applicant has a grievance that the application made under section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act is pending since last four years and it is not concluded. It is further submitted that there are arrears of interim maintenance which are not paid by respondent no.1. Perused the order of this court dated 11th September, 2014 (Coram : Abhay M. Thipsay,J.). spb/ 906appw145-15.sxw the said order, the proceedings pending before the learned Magistrate should have been concluded by the end of November, 2014. This court is not aware whether the learned Magistrate has taken any extension for disposal of the application/proceedings pending before him.

It is, therefore, directed that the application shall be disposed of within a period of one month from today or within extended period, if any, by the order of this court, whichever is later. It is made clear that no extension will be granted. Application shall be disposed of in accordance with the order passed by this court.

The learned trial Magistrate to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

Authenticated copy be supplied today itself.
