This Application is filed for condonation of delay and for setting aside order dated 1st March 2019 passed by Registrar ( Judicial - II). As per the said order, objections were not removed within time. Hence, the Appeal was dismissed and numbered as Rejected Case No. 512 of 2019. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Interim Application is allowed 1/2

27.1006.20 ia.doc in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which read as under; "(a) That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to condone the delay of 328 days in filing the appeal.

(b) Be pleased to set aside the order dated 01.03.2019 passed by the Ld Registrar and further be pleased to restore the above first appeal along with civil application filed by the Applicants for the reasons and circumstances." 3.

Applicant is directed to remove all office objections within a period of 6 weeks from today.
