Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company and learned Counsel for respondent No.1-original claimant. 2.

The applicant-insurance company has already deposited the entire compensation amount in the trial Court i.e. Commissioner for Workmens' Compensation, Mumbai, in Application No.(ECA)488-C-115 of 2014. The claimant is also permitted to withdraw some part of the compensation. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the present application alive for further process.
