The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants Mr. P. R. Prasad seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Revision Application on instructions of the Applicants. In so as the Applicants are concerned, the Applicant Nos.1 to 3 i.e. Shri. Madhukant G. Kacharia, Jitendra G. Kacharia and Pravin G. Kacharia are personally present in Court. When put in the box and queried, they have unequivocally stated that they want to withdraw the above Civil Revision Application. In so far as the Applicant Nos.4 to 7 are concerned, they have executed Power of Attorneys in favour of the Applicant Nos.1 to 3 and therefore, the Applicant Nos.1 to 3 are seeking withdrawal of the Civil Revision BGP.

Jignesh Pravin Kacharia is dated 13th February 2011. The Power of Attorney executed by Shri. Prashant Jitendra Kacharia is dated 26th March 2011. The Power of Attorney executed by Shri. Parag Pravin Kacharia is dated 4th April 2011 and Power of Attorney executed by Shri. Sandeep Madhukant Kacharia is dated 28th February 2011. The said four Power of Attorneys are taken on record and marked as "A", "B", "C" and "D" for identification. The Civil Revision Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
