NOVEMBER 29, 2018 P.C. :- This civil application has been filed to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1 on record who passed away on 14th September, 2017. It is stated that respondent no.2 in the petition is the only legal heir and representative of deceased respondent no.1. It is in these circumstances, the following order is passed:

a) The delay in filing the present civil application is condoned; b) The name of respondent No.2 is allowed to be brought on record as the legal heir of respondent No.1 and be added as respondent No.1(a); c) The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the writ petition be served on the respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter; and d) List the writ petition for admission on 9th January, 2019.
