This is an application for temporary bail in C. R. No.I295 of 2016 registered with Manikpur Police Station, under section 420, 467, 468 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
The present application is filed on the ground that the marriage of the daughter of the applicant namely Ms. Anjali Jaiswal is scheduled on 16th April 2017 at Velvet Lodge, besides Blue Roof Club, Ovala Naka, Ghodbunder Road, Thane. The learned APP on the instructions from the Officer who is present in the Court submitted that the police have verified the said fact and it is true that the marriage of the daughter of the applicant is fixed on the said date and place. In view thereof, I am inclined to release the applicant on
habeeb 2 42.appp.262.17.doc temporary bail for a period from 13th April 2017 to 18th April 2017. Hence the following order:
(i) The applicant shall be released on temporary bail in C.R.No.I-295 of 2016 registered with Manikpur Police Station, from 13th April 2017 before 5.00 pm upto 18th April 2017 till 5.00 pm, on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with two local sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant is also permitted to furnish cash bail if the procedure for furnishing PR bond is not completed on or before 5.00 pm on 13th April 2017. (iii) The applicant is hereby directed to surrender to the jail authorities on or before 5.00 pm. on 18th April 2017.
(iv) While on bail the applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or threaten the witnesses in the present crime.
