Mr. Tamboli appearing for respondent no.1 states that the amount received on encashment of the two bank guarantees in respect of which the order dtd. 14th March, 2016 was passed in Appeal from Order No.327 of 2016, is still available with respondent no.1 and that respondent no.1 will not disburse or utilise that amount until 11th April, 2016. Stand over to 11th April, 2016. At the request of Mr. Thorat, leave to amend is granted.
