1] Learned counsel for the Respondents states that needful would be done by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records provided the Petitioner complies with letter dated 04.06.2019 followed by the communication dated 20.11.2019.

2] Counsel assures that upon the Petitioner complying with the said two communications, demarcation shall be effected as sought by the Petitioner. Upon the Petitioner separately applying for sub division, the same shall also be done as per the request made. 3] Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the matter the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of.

4] The Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
