This is an Application received through jail, for condonation of delay of 3 years and 24 days in preferring an Appeal against conviction. It is stated in the Application that, the Applicant is a poor person having no knowledge of legal proceedings. That, as the Applicant was behind bars since the date of pronouncement of impugned Judgment and Order, he could not file present Appeal by engaging a private Advocate. He therefore has prayed to condone the said delay. 2.
