This is an application for bail preferred by the Applicant for his release on bail in connection with C.R.No.112/2018, dated 28/01/2018, registered with Hadapsar Police Station, Pune, under sections 302, 212, 120(B), 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4(25) of the Arms Act. The Applicant is arrested on 05/02/2018. Since then he is in custody.

Learned counsel for the Applicant pointed out that as of today two witnesses are examined and the third witness is in Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

2024.04.22 12:02:49 +0530 MANUSHREE NESARIKAR the witness box. His evidence is incomplete. He invited my Nesarikar

2 / 3 attention to the order dated 07/03/2024, wherein I had directed the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of four months from 07/03/2024. It was also observed that it was expected that the efforts are made to conduct the trial on day to day basis. The prosecuting agency was directed to take steps in that behalf.

In view of this order, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this application at this stage. He submits that liberty be granted to the Applicant to approach this Court again for his release in the present subject matter in case the trial is not concluded within four months from 07/03/2024 as directed by that order.

The request is reasonable. The application is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the Applicant to approach this Court again for his release on bail, if the trial is not concluded within four months from 07/03/2024.

With these observations, the application is disposed of.
