By this civil application, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 16th February, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). The applicants have already filed three separate civil applications to effect service of the second appeal upon the respondent nos. 2, 4 and 7. Order dated 16th February, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is accordingly set aside. Second Appeal No.219 of 1995 is restored against respondent nos. 2, 4 and 7.
