Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Kaushik, learned A.P.P. for the State.

After arguing the matter for sometime, Mr. Shaikh seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application, however, he states that the Applicant is in the custody since 18th February 2019 and liberty may be granted to file fresh Bail Application after a period of six months.

Ms. Kaushik, learned A.P.P. states that she has taken instructions and the steps will be taken to conclude the trial within six months. 1/2

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. However, the Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial. (MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.) 2/2
