Heard. By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition. The learned senior counsel for the Applicant submits that the Writ Petition is not yet admitted. Considering the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Application. 5.1.20-iaw.odt Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(A) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow to amend the petition as mentioned in the schedule A and B which is enclosed with this Application."

b.

The amendment shall be carried out within a week.

c.

If the amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition on other side immediately thereafter.

d.

Liberty granted to the Respondent to file an affidavit in reply / additional affidavit in reply, if any, with copy to other side, within two weeks from today. e.

The Application stands disposed of accordingly. f.

No order as to costs.

g.
