On one occasion this Court was informed that the issue involved in the present Appeal is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The matter before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India was stated to be fixed in the month of October 2017. That is how these Appeals were adjourned to 6 November 2017. On 6 November 2017 it was informed to a Division Bench of this Court that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India is going to decide the pending issue in the month of January 2018.

We have found from the Roznama that none has appeared thereafter to inform this Court about the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court or otherwise. Today, when these Appeals are placed for admission, none is appearing on behalf of the Appellants though their names are correctly displayed on the board.
