By the order dated 18 February 2015, this Court had refused to interfere against the order dated 17 April 2009 made by the Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal refusing to condone delay of almost eleven years in instituting the appeal. The reasons for non interference have been set out in the order. Even after giving some allowance for the period during which the petitioner made representations to the Head Master or raised a dispute before the State Labour Commissioner, there was still an unexplained delay of several years. 1/2

skc P2-RPW-71-15 3] By this review petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner virtually desires to re-argue the matter. There is no error apparent on face of order pointed out.
