1. Review is sought of an order dated 12th February, 2019. The only ground urged is that the procedure adopted by the Enquiry Committee was in breach of Rule 37(6) of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules and is therefore bad in law.

2. This is a ground which is not admittedly pressed into service when the writ petition was urged for admission and which resulted order in review petition. No ground is made out for review. The review petition is rejected.
