1] Having heard respective counsel in the intervention applications and learned counsel Mr. Zia, appearing for the original petitioner so also learned AGP, considering the nature of challenge as is raised in the petition, interest of the applicant-intervenors in the property in the question and also the alleged settlement as was arrived between the petitioners and intervenors, in my opinion, all these intervention applications need to be allowed. They are allowed accordingly. 2/3

Applicants are permitted to intervene in the petition from respondent no. 4 onwards respectively in an order in which the applicant members are noted in the cause title.

2] Intervenors are at liberty to raise objection in the form of an affdavit to the petition within period of one week from today. 3] The prayer of Mr. Zia for further time, in the aforesaid background, stands extended till 14/07/2021.
