C.:- 1) Mr.Yagnik, learned APP on instructions submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime the police have submitted charge-sheet on 27th July 2018, in the Court of J.M.F.C., Murbad, District Thane and it is numbered as R.C.C.No.81 of 2018. 2) It may be reason that, after 27th July 2018 the Petitioner has not taken any efforts even to circulate the Petition. It appears that, the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Petition.

3) Dismissed for non prosecution.
