1] The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief : " That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ order or direction to the Respondent restricting the Respondent permanently in taking any coercive action against the said premises of the Petitioner herein LYING BEING AND SITUATE AT S.No.10, Yashwant Nagar, Katarwadi Maharana Pratap Chowk, Pune-411006 namely "Naksha Mobile and General Stores and the house above it".

2] The Petition is filed on apprehension. There is nothing placed on record to show that any notice has been issued by the RespondentCorporation. 1/2

(910)WP-3891-2022.doc 3] In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition by directing that if the Petitioner is in possession of the subject premises, no coercive steps shall be taken against him by the Respondent-Corporation, except by following due process of law.

4] The Petition to stand disposed of. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.
