The impugned order is dated 16.03.2015 by which Notice of Motion No.553 of 2015 in L.C. Suit No. 489 of 2015 as filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been rejected. A Perusal of the paper books shows that there is no ad interim protection granted by this Court. Considering the circumstances, it appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute this appeal. Dismissed for non prosecution. 2.
