This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 9th October, 2015 passed by the learned JMFC, 6th Court, Thane, thereby acquitting the respondent of the offence under the PCPNDT Act. The delay is of four days. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 4 and 5, the application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.
