The present application is filed by the original writ petitioner No.12 seeking various reliefs.

The applicant is represented in the main writ petition by Shri Madhav Jamdar. This application has been filed by one of the petitioners through another Advocate. Firstly, it is not permissible for different petitioners to engage different Advocates in one petition. Secondly, the Advocate who has

caw391 filed this application on behalf of one of the petitioners has not taken no objection of the Advocate on record for the petitioners. Thirdly, prayers (b) to (e) prayed for in this application are in the nature of final reliefs. The other prayer is for seeking interim relief pending this application.

In view of aforesaid reasons, this civil application cannot be entertained and the same is rejected. We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on merits of the prayers made in this application.
