The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 16th January 2024 which is already challenged before the State Government in exercise of power under section 259 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Therefore, challenging such order again in the present writ petition is not permissible. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the revision under section 259 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, has not been heard by the State Government. For ventilation of such grievance, the remedy of the petitioner is to file petition before the Division Bench of this Court.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in appropriate petition. No costs.
