Heard Mr. Tungare, learned Counsel for petitioner and Ms Mody, learned Counsel for respondents No.2 to 7.

The matter was heard at length from time to time. At the request of Mr. Tungare, matter was adjourned till today for reporting compliance.

Mr. Tungare states that petitioner and respondents No.8 to 9 have handed over possession of the suit premises to respondents No.2 to 7 and petitioner and respondents No.8 to 9 have also removed their articles lying in the suit premises within the stipulated time. Ms Mody states that as petitioner and respondents No.2 to 7 have complied order dated 23.03.2018 by handing over possession as also removing articles, respondents No.2 to 7 will not claim mesne profits. Statements made by the learned Counsel for the parties are accepted. 4.
In view thereof, nothing survives in the Petition. Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
