This is an Application for intervention by the Applicant on the ground that he is held to be eligible for the premises in dispute by the Respondent No. 3.

In view thereof and facts mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 3781/2017 is directed to implead the Applicant as the Respondent.
