By this Petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR bearing C.R. No. 110 of 2021, registered with the Samarth Police Station, Pune, at the behest of the respondent No.2, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 354, 427, 420, 323, 324, 504, 506, 34, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that during the course of investigation in the aforesaid C.R. police have filed a 'B' Summary Report, in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Digitally signed by REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date:

In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned APP, learned Counsel for the petitioners does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same, with liberty to file an appropriate application/petition, if the occasion so arises, in future. 4.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear, that we have not heard the aforesaid Petition on merits and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
