By this application, applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 128 days, caused in filing the appeal. This application is opposed by Respondent No. 1, contending that no sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay. However, on perusal of the application, we are of the view that the applicant has shown sufficient cause to condone the delay. The delay is accordingly condoned. Criminal application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a).
