2. Leave to amend for correcting the cause title. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from the date on which the order is uploaded.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGP for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioners is that the Revision Application preferred by them bearing RTS Revision Application No.2796 of 2016 before the State Government on 18th March, 2016 is still pending and no order has been passed thereon. The learned AGP has no instructions in that behalf. The petitioners are relying upon the application made on 27th October, 2016 before the

p.7-wp.4044.17.doc Revisional Authority for taking the Revisional Application on board.

5. Hence, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order:- (i) We direct the petitioners to produce an authenticated copy of the judgment and order in the office of the Revisional Authority; (ii) The Revisional Authority will decide the pending Revision Application bearing RTS Revision Application No.2796 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date on which an authenticated copy of the judgment and order is produced in the office of the Revisional Authority;

(iii) It will be open for the petitioners to file an application for interim relief in the pending Revision Application. If such application is filed, the prayer for ad-interim relief shall be considered and decided by the Revisional Authority within a period of two weeks from the date on which such application is made;

(iv) All contentions on merits are kept open; (v) The petition is disposed of on above terms. (A. K. MENON, J.) (A. S. OKA, J.)
